about me

Every therapist has a personal story that attracted them to this rewarding and enchanting art form. I became a psychotherapist in 2010 because I had questions about how people come to be who they are - what shapes us, what drives us, and what restores us. I had questions about what causes our suffering, how we experience our suffering, and how we want to companion our suffering into becoming a work of weathered, living art.

I’m interested in what lies beneath our conscious human experience and have been blessed with amazing teachers, mentors, and peers who continue to teach and inspire me in this inquiry.

It’s my honor to share my knowledge, experience, and my heart to companion you in your inquiry.
